Inclusive leadership

Inclusive leadership becomes visible in behaviour.

An inclusive team is not created by intentions alone. LeadershipFacts helps leaders see how others experience their behaviour and choose what they can practise in concrete terms.

  • Psychological safety
  • Different perspectives
  • Awareness of power

For whom

For leaders and organisations that want to make inclusion practical.

The method fits individual development needs as well as broader programmes around diversity, equity and psychological safety.

01

Leaders

Translate values and good intentions into behaviour that employees can actually experience.

02

Teams in transition

Discuss participation, voice and safety when roles, relationships or ways of working change.

03

HR and L&D

Add a concrete cycle of measurement and reflection to existing inclusion and leadership programmes.

What you develop

Small behavioural choices with a noticeable effect.

Participants work on behaviour that colleagues can recognise and respond to, rather than an abstract ideal.

Create safety

Respond without becoming defensive and make mistakes or uncertainty discussable.

Use perspectives

Invite quieter voices and show what happens with people’s input.

Recognise power

Act consciously around position, informal influence and differences in space or risk.

Decide inclusively

Be clear about who contributes, who decides and which considerations matter.

The approach

See what you think and what others experience.

The LeadershipFacts Method makes development concrete, safe and repeatable.

01

Choose your focus

Choose a situation or specific behaviour within inclusive leadership.

02

Measure two perspectives

Assess yourself and invite colleagues to assess the same behaviour anonymously.

03

Understand the difference

Explore patterns, strengths and potential blind spots.

04

Practise and measure again

Try different behaviour and discover what people around you notice.

Possible formats

Use it as a starting point or a complete programme.

The app supports the cycle. Workshops, coaching and peer sessions add depth where needed.

Workshop

A shared introduction, behavioural choice and first reflection for leaders or teams.

Learning programme

Several practice and measurement moments linked to real situations and shared sessions.

Coaching and peer sessions

Personal exploration of feedback, patterns and the next step at work.

Frequently asked questions

About inclusive leadership with LeadershipFacts.

What do you mean by inclusive leadership?

Inclusive leadership is behaviour through which a leader promotes psychological safety, equitable participation and room for different perspectives. LeadershipFacts makes that behaviour observable and discussable.

Is the feedback safe and anonymous?

Yes. Colleague feedback is anonymous and results only appear with at least three respondents. The feedback supports development, not appraisal or ranking.

Can this complement an existing DEI or leadership programme?

Yes. An organisation can integrate the behaviours, measurements and reflection moments into an existing programme, workshop series or coaching journey.

Do participants need a formal leadership role?

No. Project leads, advisers and other professionals with informal influence can also work specifically on inclusive behaviour.
