Investor info

LeadershipFacts makes leadership development measurable. What started as a 360° feedback tool is growing into a complete method with an adaptive leadership programme — digital, scalable and backed by data.

We are raising investment to scale this proven approach internationally.

What we are building

The LeadershipFacts Method™ — a method for measurable behavioural change in leaders, applicable within coaching, workshops and peer sessions. The digital tool is the measurement instrument within the method: self-reflection, anonymous peer feedback and re-measurements show whether behaviour actually changes.

The adaptive leadership programme — modular learning blocks (theory, examples, assignments, measurement) in which every participant follows their own learning route. The route is adjusted based on progress and micro-measurements among the people around the participant. Content is pre-recorded, assignments are reusable and the adaptive routing is an algorithm we own and manage — the programme scales without facilitation costs growing with it.

The data — besides insight for the participant, every measurement also produces aggregated, anonymous effectiveness data: which themes move, which learning blocks work and where organisations grow. That feedback loop keeps making the product itself better. Everything is privacy-by-design: feedback is anonymous, results only become visible from three respondents and participants keep full control over their own data — essential for the public organisations where the method runs today.

The investment: international scale-up

The method was developed and proven in Dutch programmes. The product was built from the ground up to scale across borders: the platform is already bilingual (Dutch/English), the programme content is pre-recorded and reusable, and the adaptive routing and reporting run fully digitally — without having to build a new organisation in every country.

We will deploy the investment on four fronts:

  • Larger digital sessions — scaling the programme’s online sessions to larger cohorts, so one facilitator serves many more participants without changing the quality of the programme.
  • Workshop partners outside the Netherlands — onboarding international workshop and coaching partners who deliver the in-person sessions and local facilitation, following the model DoDiversity has proven in the Netherlands.
  • Content & localisation — recording and localising the learning blocks of the adaptive programme for international audiences.
  • Product & data — further development of the adaptive routing and the organisation dashboard, so every additional participant strengthens the effectiveness data — and with it the product.

Structure & partner model

LeadershipFacts is an initiative by DoDiversity. The product and technology were developed by Luso Nexo, Unipessoal Lda. DoDiversity applies the method in development programmes, including at public organisations.

That partnership is the blueprint for the international scale-up: LeadershipFacts provides the method, the platform and the digital programme content; local workshop partners provide the facilitation and the in-person sessions in their own market. The method is fully documented in a handbook for participants and facilitators — new partners can therefore be onboarded quickly and consistently.
